Cadenza Indonesia Showroom Is a Beautiful Music to Home Finishing

Not many know that the word ‘cadenza’ has a special meaning in music. A composer writes a cadenza to showcase the beautiful melody played by a soloist, and, at the same time, the word also means the end of harmonious phrases giving a sense of arriving at home. The new showroom entrance

Entering the newly launched Cadenza Indonesia showroom in Open Door Alam Sutera is like visiting your best friend’s house, where the ambiance is welcoming, and the subtle design and easy surroundings embrace you. The visitors, mostly architects and interior designers with their clients, are greeted warmly by Cadenza staff whom they were familiar with. Groups gather in the middle area to do business – choosing materials needed for construction – before moving upstairs for a bite and hearty conversation. Glasses of wine included.

Like the flow of melodic tune, you can feel the atmosphere throughout the showroom. “It is very flowy, very calming, and fluid,” began Santi Alaysius, Domisilium Studio’s principal interior designer, explaining the showroom’s concept. “The design derived from the name of ‘cadenza’ in music where there can be subtle, yet artistic and have lots of harmonies,” she continued.

Coming to Cadenza Indonesia is not all about business. Distributing the Spanish brand Cosentino, the showroom showcases quality materials for sanitary and surfaces, from stones to faucets. Because every space is unique, the showroom aims to assist clients to bring their vision into reality using the durable and environmentally friendly home finishing materials the brand is known for.

The heart of the showroom is the second floor, where conversations usually take place on the comfortable Grado sofa. Here, the beauty of simplicity is conveyed. The unique wooden stairs and the artistic wall ornaments evoke a peaceful feeling. You know you are in a commercial space but immediately feel at home.

“Beige gives the homey colour mood with its softer appearance, and you can see the lighting concept design is just as important. It gives a nice glow to the whole area,” Santi explained whilst touring the second floor.

“The showroom is a place where people can come with conversation over wine or coffee. The owner loves to eat and entertain, so it’s not all about business,” Hamphrey Tedja, Domisilium Studio’s architecture principal, said. “He’s doing the business because he likes people, and he wants to be connected to the clients,” Hamphrey noted. It is why this 180 sqm showroom looks simple yet sophisticated. “Timeless is the right word to describe it”, he added.

Sugio Budiman, the owner of Cadenza Indonesia, encourages clients to treat the showroom like it is their own home to fully experience the products. “We welcome them to come over freely to cook, eat, drink, work, play or even mingle with friends at the showroom. Come be our friends and families, be inspired, and integrate our products in your own space.”

The location, Alam Sutera, is the nearest and fastest growing city with excellent infrastructure to connect from Jakarta. As Sugio explains Open Door is designed for guests to feel comfortable, welcomed, and relaxed. “With such good market potentiality and excellent access, I believe the showroom will be able to serve both Jakarta and Tangerang area”.

Also excited about the opening is Alvaro Gonzalez, Cosentino vice president Asia Pacific. He said that the showroom displays all the Dekton and Silestone products from the Cosentino brand well: the innovative colours are beautiful, and most importantly, the showroom can be an extension to architects and interior designers’ offices.

“Although Consentino Indonesia is a young company in the country, the products are growing rapidly, and the majority of the sales are coming through Dekton,”
he explained. Alvaro also noted that Cadenza is a good partner in selling Cosentino’s products.

With a beautifully designed showroom, Sugio welcomes all the architects and interior designers to come and enjoy the camaraderie. He also describes Cosentino products in two keywords: beauty and durability.
