What sort of requests did you receive the most from clients during the pandemic?
In 2020 we received only a few projects, most of them were residential. In 2021 we received many commercial housing projects, residentials and commercial projects like outdoor restaurants. There was a 200% increase of projects from the previous year.
What do you think will be the next trends in architecture and interiors?
The trend in architecture will be more personal because of the globalisation of information. More people will have a better understanding about what they need and what they like. Private projects will be varied and eclectic, whereas commercial projects will accommodate integrated outdoor public facilities. A lot of people need more green open-spaces.
How do you anticipate these trends?
We always try to adapt and develop. our approach to design and material are constantly evaluating and improving, so we are able to create contemporary designs. We need to be aware of the ‘signs of the times’ to develop.
