What is the design concept of this house?

The concept is modern contemporary living. Our goal was to create a comfortable, elegant and functional space that fosters a sense of togetherness.

We prioritised an open-concept layout with expansive windows to enhance the flow and spaciousness of the home. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect indoor and outdoor areas, allowing natural light to flood in. Combined with a neutral colour palette accented by bold tones, this creates a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere.

How do you promote a healthy lifestyle for your clients?

Millennials and Gen Z are increasingly health- conscious, making wellness a priority in home design. As a result, having a private gym at home has shifted from being a luxury to a necessity. It saves time, ensures better hygiene, and offers greater flexibility, making it a practical, long-term investment in well-being.

What design trends are your clients gravitating towards this year?

This year, we’re embracing versatility and timelessness by incorporating the 2025 Pantone colour trend, Mocha Mousse. This rich and earthy tone creates a calming and grounded ambiance whilst maintaining a modern aesthetic.
