Singaporean brand, The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts, has made its first international foray with the launch of The Fullerton Hotel Sydney on 18 October 2019 right in the heart of the city’s Central Business District. The new hotel was formerly a General Post Office building, housed in a 145-year-old historic landmark. Known as the city’s rendezvous location, the building commands a prominent social and physical position in Sydney.

For over seven months, remediation work was carefully conducted in order to remove layers of dirt without altering the sandstone’s natural patina, showcasing its beauty whilst preserving the building’s integrity.
