GROHE, the leading global bathroom and kitchen solutions brand, returns to Milan Design Week 2025 with a new immersive experience. This time, GROHE is present at Garden Senatoro, one of the most historic locations on Via Senatoro 14, known as Milan's fashion district. This park is known for its beauty, featuring a mix of classic nuances and modern design, making it a special place for various artistic and cultural events. After successfully presenting the GROHE SPA installation, which won the Red Dot "Best of the Best" award at Palazzo Reale during Milan Design Week 2024, this year GROHE transformed Garden Senatoro into the immersive gallery GROHE Aqua Gallery, which took place from April 8 to 13.
In a carefully arranged exhibition space, the GROHE Aqua Gallery displays GROHE products as (functional) objects and design works (forms) made with high precision. Each product is designed to provide a meaningful water experience (impact). Here, visitors are invited to see how GROHE products are a link between humans, water, and the environment.
"At GROHE, we translate trends and ideas into real experiences in design (products) that improve the quality of life. We design products by understanding people's needs, considering the cultural context, and preserving the environment. Besides being elegant and luxurious, our products are also high quality, supported by cutting-edge and sustainable technology. The GROHE exhibition at Fuorisalone 2025 is a concrete manifestation of this philosophy, inviting visitors to experience firsthand how GROHE creates new ways to enjoy water in the future," said Antoine Besseyre des Horts, Leader, LIXIL Global Design, Asia.
Designed by LIXIL Global Design and Brand Identity's in-house team, the installation harmoniously blends indoor and outdoor elements, offering a unique gallery experience. For the first time in Milan, GROHE introduces GROHE Purefoam, a new product with exclusive technology that combines water and Kinuami soap in perfect quantities to create soft foam. This foam provides a revolutionary vertical bathing sensation that envelops the user's body in a unique and moisturizing skin care sensation.
One of the products in the spotlight is the GROHE Essence Crafted Lever, a new variant of the GROHE Essence collection that has won various awards. This collection is known as the most popular faucet in the affordable luxury segment thanks to its design featuring balanced proportions and sensual, minimalist transitions. With newly crafted levers and more color choices, this collection offers greater freedom to adapt to the user's tastes.
Set in a quiet, secluded garden, Aqua Atelier invites visitors to take a moment to reflect and write their own "Aqua Poem"—a personal expression about the experience and meaning of water. Nearby, there is the Aqua Bar, which is not only a place to enjoy a variety of dishes but also an important symbol of sustainability. This bar is made from recycled plastic bottles to remind visitors of the impact of single-use plastic on the environment and the growing issue of water pollution.
As a brand that cares about water sustainability, GROHE presents real solutions, such as advanced water filter systems to reduce the use of single-use bottled water. GROHE continues to drive change towards a sustainable future through thoughtful design and environmental responsibility.
