The annual engagement event gathered more than 250 partners and media at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Diponegoro for an immersive journey across 11 hotels nationwide.

Hilton has concluded Hilton Connect 2025, its partner and media engagement event designed to deepen collaboration with corporate clients, industry partners, and media stakeholders across the country. Held on 26 and 27 November at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro, this year’s edition welcomed more than 250 guests—its largest turnout to date—and, for the first time, brought together all 11 Hilton properties in Indonesia in one integrated experiential showcase. The event underscored Hilton’s commitment to long-term partnerships, innovative meeting solutions, and purposeful hospitality across its growing Indonesia portfolio.

Themed “Immersive Hilton Journey,” Hilton Connect invited guests to experience how Hilton’s brands bring people together, from business meetings and social celebrations to once-in-a-lifetime trips. General managers and commercial leaders from Hilton’s 11 properties presented their distinctive brand experiences through interactive zones. Highlights include learning about the sacred Tridatu Bracelet from Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts; experiencing Conrad Bali’s holistic wellness ritual; and tasting a plethora of signature food items such as sustainably made jams at Hilton Bali Resort, the heritage-rich Hilton Brownie at Hilton Bandung, and the signature DoubleTree chocolate chip cookie.

Attendees also enjoyed various Ritual Hub cultural activations by DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya, DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta–Diponegoro, DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Kemayoran, and DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya, as well as eco-conscious innovations like seed pencils, paper seeds, and grow kits from Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport, Hilton Garden Inn Bali Nusa Dua, and Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem. Together, these experiences brought to life Hilton’s approach to purpose-driven hospitality, blending local culture, sustainability, and warm, caring service to create meaningful stays for every guest.

Over two days, Hilton Connect 2025 featured curated sessions on brand experiences, partnerships, sustainability, and innovative meeting solutions. Highlights included information about Hilton’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments and how they help the company operate responsibly at all locations, along with demonstrations of LightStay, Hilton’s global platform that tracks the environmental and social effects of every meeting and event, helping planners understand and reduce their impact. The Hilton Honors Event Planner Double Points program was also highlighted, rewarding partners who choose Hilton for their meetings and events and reinforcing long-term collaboration.

Hilton Connect 2025 also spotlighted Travel with Purpose Week, Hilton’s global initiative that embodies the company’s commitment to drive responsible travel and sustainable business growth. The recently celebrated week-long activation showcased how Hilton hotels across Indonesia continue to champion purposeful innovation—from reducing food waste and single-use plastics to supporting local communities and small businesses—ensuring that the hospitality experiences they create have a positive impact on people, communities, and the planet.
