Eko Prawoto is best known for his vernacular architectural works that feature a modern twist. One of his noteworthy works, Ngibikan Village of Yogyakarta, was nominated for an Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 2010. The architect’s vision of architecture being a social product of a community motivates him to be a lecturer to raise awareness about his field. He shares the passion and ideas he has for the city to Indonesia Design.
