Registry's Timeless Designs

People relate the feeling of home to the people they have met or to the places to which they have travelled. No matter what the medium, this feeling recalls timeless memories of comfort and ease. Picking up on such inspiration, the Registry Curated Fine Collection has chosen “Timeless Designs” as the theme for its current collection. These selections of furniture and home decor are sure to create memories that will last for eternity.

The Registry Curated Fine Collection is a furniture gallery in Surabaya, East Java, that offers American designs in a showroom that takes the setting of a home. Registry regularly changes the themes for its collections using curators that include some of the nation’s most notable architects and interior designers. Recently, Registry collaborated with the architect Hidajat Endramukti on its timeless living concept, which includes iconic items of American-made furniture. “The American style itself is timeless. It is idyllic for home design, as it also feels homey and elegant,” says Seno Suhargo, the executive director of the Registry Curated Fine Collection.

To present Registry’s latest collection, Hidajat divided the home gallery into several spacious rooms that each covered a separate function of people’s daily spaces. There were different designs on offer for living rooms that let customers experience multiple options as they searched for pieces to help define their personal style.

The first set-up of furniture was dominated by blue hues, while the second offered a rich American style dominated by neutral colours. The third look was contemporary and fresh, boasting geometric patterns in olive green. Here, Hidajat deployed a light coffee table and a china bench to balance the heavy sofa. The last set-up was in black-and-white along with china blue. Each of these spaces had a homey ambiance evoked by the timeless pieces.

Separately, a study room sported a strong modern design with a neat desk and arrangement of framed artworks. It came with an Art Deco chair that became the focal point of the room. In the bedroom, Hidajat revealed his signature style with the symmetrical arrangement of the decor. The room has a rich American Style with wall panels and frame profiles. The colour scheme was neutral, with a balanced composition in the artworks.

With a passion for design and high-end lifestyles, Seno and Hidajat make it clear that they value clients by ensuring that everyone can enjoy a personalised residence. With Registry’s Timeless Collection, you can make yourself feel at home. Bring a different ambiance to your house and let the timeless look create memories for eternity.
