Paris as Central Europe’s most populated metropolitan city is replete with cultural diversity, arts, architectures, religions, and of course a long history behind its existence. As a melting pot for people from around the world, Paris is full of eateries offering myriad dishes in a variety of styles and tastes. This concept of Parisian casual dining and bistro has inspired a pretty little gem of a restaurant called Liberté French Brasserie which is located on the second floor of Galleries Lafayette in an upscale mall in Jakarta, Pacific Place.
