As Indonesia’s property and housing sector continues to expand, LIXIL is responding to the growing demand for high-quality sanitary products. On 16 January 2025, the global leader in home and water technology inaugurated its third LIXIL Experience Centre (LEC) in Central Jakarta, following successful openings in South Jakarta and Bandung. Strategically located, this new showroom provides convenient access for homeowners, architects and interior designers seeking to elevate their bathroom spaces.

The LIXIL Experience Centre (LEC) is designed to offer customers an immersive experience, showcasing the brand’s cutting- edge technology and diverse product range. The showroom’s concept was carefully developed to reflect a premium, relevant and informative ambiance. Following a globally standardised design, the showroom features carefully planned zoning, optimised traffic flow, strategic logo placements, a welcoming reception area, dedicated product displays, a corporate showcase, and an inviting façade.

Inspired by water flow, the LEC Central Jakarta offers an immersive and intimate multisensory experience to each customer. The elegantly designed showroom creates unique experiences in each of its bathroom displays, which reflects the characteristics of LIXIL’s global brands: GROHE, INAX, and American Standard.

Spanning two floors, the showroom is meticulously arranged to enhance customer exploration. The first floor is dedicated to GROHE, featuring its latest premium line, GROHE SPA. The second floor showcases products from INAX and American Standard, two brands experiencing high customer demand. The rear section of the second floor presents a selection of commercial project solutions and kitchen products from all three brands.

Visitors can draw inspiration from the showroom’s meticulously designed display suites, which offer insights into stylish bathroom configurations. Selecting the perfect product is made effortless with the assistance of LIXIL’s knowledgeable team, always on hand to provide expert guidance. Additionally, LIXIL offers professional installation services, ensuring that customers enjoy a seamless and satisfying experience from selection to setup.
