Light is the source of life. With a speed of 300 million meters per second, the light from the sun goes straight through the void to shine on the earth, sustaining life on the planet. The beauty of light also enables us to enjoy it, not merely as a lighting means but also as a visual treat. When a simmering light shines enticingly amidst the tranquility of Ubud, there is a serene aura that is transmitted from the place, Royal Kirana Spa & Wellness.

In Sanskrit, Kirana means a beautiful light. Indeed, beauty and tranquility combine to create a unique spa. Despite being located on a very large site, the spa still exudes unrivalled purity and sacredness. Standing on a sprawling 18,000 sqm of land, Royal Kirana Spa is an amazing collaborative work of architect Lek Mathar Bunnag and landscape designer Bill Bensley. Attractive land contour dotted with plants and luxuriously green, meandering paths come together in the design of the spa that sits as gracefully as a sacred ground, seeking to rejuvenate each client’s body and soul.
