Bali’s magnetizing Seminyak area has welcomed a new culinary haven, Arsana to its midst. The restaurant, promising an authentic journey into Indonesia’s rich and diverse culinary world, serves flavourful dishes by gourmet guru Chef William Wongso.

Bright and airy but warmly nuanced, Arsana features a minimalistic décor paired with contemporary furnishing in earthy tones. It’s located just outside the hip Alila Seminyak beachfront resort. Inside the restaurant, patrons wait attentively as various local delicacies are being whipped up by Chef Wongso.

“Food is like a universal language that can bring people together. Indonesian food in particular, is very special. I don’t think there are a lot of countries in the world with culinary richness quite like Indonesia,” says Chef Wongso, who aims to put Indonesian cuisine on the global gastronomy map. “From my travels around the country, I had the privilege of learning from dozens of people who are true experts of their local cuisines. These extraordinary experiences are what I am bringing to Arsana.”

Some of Arsana’s signature dishes include Grilled Lamb Chop marinated in Rendang sauce, Maranggi Wagyu Saté, Bekakak Fried Duck, Crispy Pork Pata, and Rica-Rica King Prawn.

The eatery invites the public to savour dishes from Bali, Java, Sumatera, and other less popular areas, so prepare your taste buds for authentic flavours and your sight for flawless presentation.
