The Freedom to Design Your Space

12/2/2020

An ideal apartment with storage and living spaces according to your lifestyle seems impossible without inconvenient renovations. Addressing this, The Loggia introduces The White Label Units, an apartment that allows you to design the layout and storage by stacking boxes like you would with Lego. Imagine all that storage you’ve always wanted, creatively tucked in and every square metre is accounted for.

A development in South Jakarta by two esteemed property developers Farpoint and Tokyo Tatemono, The White Label Units allow complete creative freedom to prospective buyers in designing every inch of the apartment according to their lifestyle and preference.

The design-it-yourself concept is fairly new in the market, to address this The Loggia invited our Editor-in-Chief, Lina Gan and interior design practitioners, Santi Alaysius and Hamphrey Tedja of Domisilium Studio on Instagram Live last week to talk about The Freedom to Design Your Own Space.

Discussed at the Live session last week, Julius Warouw, Head of Sales at Farpoint said that “the theme is reversible into emptiness. The White Label Units provide a blank canvas to meet the needs of people.”

Rightly so, instead of purchasing an apartment and having to renovate it later according to your preference and needs, this one-of-a kind apartment gives you a high-quality, bare-finished unit with no wall partitions inside, with a ceiling height of up to 3.3 metres.

“By choosing the White Label Units, you decide how big you want your units to be. Next, you can freely create your dream apartment by design, function and style of each room with your appointed designer and team,” said Julius.

The current pandemic calls for many of us to work from home, therefore the importance of having a home that suits our everyday lifestyle. Buyers now can avoid these inconvenient and unnecessary renovations and design exactly what they want with these limited edition units.

“With land getting more expensive, every square metre is precious and our wellness is important,” said Hamphrey.

Designed with residence quality of living in mind, The Loggia offers 15 facilities for fitness and wellness, function room for business meetings or gatherings, entertainment and hobbies such as library and bike corner.

Quite far off from the common apartments, The White Label Units come with five sizes to choose from. Starting from 50sqm to 115sqm. The Japanese inspired apartments are offered at IDR25million per sqm and available for a limited time until 31 December 2020.

“Luxury equals to comfort,” explained Santi of Domisilium Studio, which rings true when it comes to your personal space, especially at a time when we are all homebound.

The Loggia is a design collaboration between highly acclaimed international designers namely Atelier Bow-Wow from Tokyo for interiors, Broadway Malyan from London from architecture and SWA from Los Angeles for landscape.
