D HOUSE

One of the greatest tragedians in the history of ancient Greece, Sophocles once said that “There is no success without hardship.” Although this pronouncement was made more than 2,400 years ago, the words still ring true to this day. Indeed, one of the hardest things to do in designing a project is creating new ideas for a building whose construction is already almost finished. This is what happened to a house in the vicinity of Graha Famili, Surabaya. Dasquadrat as the designer received a brief from the owner to redo the design of a house that was in its last stages of construction. Thanks to the brilliant way of thinking and hard work of the designers, the team finally managed to create a successful new design, which was built upon the original design of the house.
