A family of four deserves a spacious residence that caters to their every need and desire. Ronald Humardani has brought this vision to life, crafting a modern contemporary living space where family members can indulge in a highly functional common area whilst enjoying privacy in thoughtfully customised spaces.

From the moment you step inside, the essence of this home is immediately felt. A soaring high ceiling at the entrance creates a sense of spaciousness, leading into an open-concept common area that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen. This layout not only enhances brightness and fluidity but also fosters a strong sense of intimacy within the household.

The foyer

Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the central space with natural light, effortlessly connecting the indoors with the lush outdoor surroundings. Clean, structured lines in the walls, ceiling panels and furniture establish a modern aesthetic, softened
by plush L-shaped sofas and elegant dining chairs. Dominated by cream, grey and warm wooden tones, a neutral colour palette adds a sense of sophistication and comfort. Meanwhile, vibrant pops of orange and green in the kitchen inject warmth and liveliness, reinforcing the timeless sentiment: “The kitchen is where the heart is.”

Beyond its refined aesthetic, the home exudes a welcoming embrace. This inviting atmosphere is sophisticatedly crafted through a harmonious balance of modern design and natural elements. By day, sunlight bathes the interiors in a refreshing glow, whilst at night, well- placed lighting enhances the home’s warm and intimate ambiance.

The living room is located right next to the swimming pool

“This house is designed to elevate luxury through simplicity,” Ronald explains.
“On the ground floor, we created a compact yet fully equipped living space, complete with a swimming pool and a hobby area. Moving to the second floor, we emphasised privacy to ensure that each corner resonates with the unique personalities of the family members.”

The master bedroom embodies serene elegance, featuring sleek, uncluttered furniture with clean lines. Carefully selected contemporary décor enhances its calming atmosphere, creating the perfect retreat for restful nights. A hanging bedside lamp adds a stylish accent, whilst a cosy window nook on the opposite side invites relaxation. A sliding wall-wide glass door opens onto a balcony overlooking the front yard, allowing natural light to fill the space. There is an intricate and artistic woven panel that serves as a striking divider between the bedroom and the walk-in closet. This panel adds texture and depth to the interior.

The master bedroom

Two additional bedrooms on the second floor reflect the children’s individual personalities. One embraces a safari theme, with an adorable animal mural
as its focal point and an earthy colour scheme that exudes calm and freshness. The other bedroom, inspired by outer space, features a celestial graphic behind the headrest and a cool white-and-blue colour palette. Both rooms maximise functionality with built-in study desks placed between the beds and wardrobes, ensuring an ideal balance between creativity and practicality.

The private gym

Recognising the parents’ growing commitment to health and wellness, the designer incorporated a private gym on the third floor. This fitness space is bathed in natural light, thanks to expansive windows that also promote fresh air circulation. Fully equipped with a freestanding punching bag, gym balls, yoga mats, and a neatly arranged rack of dumbbells, the gym is spacious enough for family workouts and private fitness sessions.

The open-concept common area integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen.

This home is a true sanctuary. It boasts spaces for meaningful moments with loved ones whilst also nurturing personal well-being. It beautifully embodies the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Now complete, it stands as a testament to thoughtful design, serving its family with grace and purpose. Meanwhile, Ronald continues to craft residences that blend warmth, functionality and timeless beauty.
