With its strategic location, this establishment offers a unique advantage. Designed to envelop guests in a warm and inviting atmosphere, the bar features a windowless space furnished with plush sofas and chairs, creating the perfect setting to savour drinks while being serenaded by live musical performances.

ARTOZ pays homage to the timeless allure of classic whisky bars while seamlessly infusing contemporary elements into its design. Hans Susantio, a distinguished interior designer and the founder of Vin.da.te and Poros Living, shares that his conversations with Chef Gilles Marx of AMUZ Gourmet served as the catalyst for the captivating transformation that defines ARTOZ today. The vision was to evolve the bar’s ambiance from a traditional and monochromatic setting into one that teases the senses, all while retaining an air of enigmatic allure.
Known for his elegant touch of modern Art Deco design, Hans employs a striking colour scheme of reds and royal blues to infuse a contemporary twist into the style, which is heavily influenced by French modern burlesque design. With the addition of damask-patterned wallpapers, gold nail head accents, and rich burgundy hues, Hans seamlessly blends elements of both Art Deco and modern burlesque styles, resulting in a more robust and vibrant ambiance.
ARTOZ boasts a capacity of up to 80 people, and guests are invited to choose from various seating options, including the dining room, lounge, or bar. For those seeking a more intimate setting, there are two private rooms and a cordoned-off VIP section available. The generously spaced sink-in velvet chairs and sofas are strategically placed throughout the venue, creating an inviting bar atmosphere.
The opulence of this bar is most evident on the shelves of one of its private rooms, which house an impressive collection of 100 varieties of single malt and blended whisky, along with an extensive assortment of cognac and Armagnac. Whilst many prefer these fine spirits neat or on the rocks, cocktail enthusiasts can place their trust in the skilled mixologists who can craft both classic and signature drinks. To complement your beverage, ARTOZ offers a superb wine selection, and for those seeking the perfect whisky pairing, premium cigars are also available.
But if your visit calls for more than just a drink, ARTOZ has you covered with a thoughtfully curated menu. Options include tapas, gourmet sandwiches, and char-grilled specialties.
A standout favourite amongst patrons is the Fried Tofu, featuring tofu delicately coated in crispy flour and filled with a mouth-watering mixture of chicken and shrimp, served alongside a tantalizing chili paste dipping sauce. For those with heartier appetites, the AMUZ Gourmet menu is also available, offering more substantial dining choices.
Adding to the allure of the venue is its weekly entertainment schedule, which promises excitement. From Monday to Thursday live Jazz performences, feature some of the most iconic Indonesian Jazz Artists, like Peter F Gontha on Mondays, Tiyo Alibasjah on Tuesdays, Oele Pattiselano & Friends on Wednesdays, Sweet & Romantic Jazz with Yongkeys & His Bros’s on Thursday, and Billboard Top 40 hits band on Fridays.
