On 7 December 2024, Indonesia Design celebrated its 20th anniversary at Townhall, Indonesia Design District. Marking two decades of stories and achievements, the event brought together a diverse group of supporters, including diplomats, architects, designers, entrepreneurs and hoteliers. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us and to those who sent their love in other ways.
To commemorate this special milestone, we curated a unique concept for the celebration. The experience began with a corridor showcasing 120 Indonesia Design covers, spanning from 2004 to the present, including both regular and collection editions. Framed in wooden panels crafted by WSA and enhanced by lush greenery from Tropica Greeneries, the display offered a striking introduction. The pathway led to an impressive lineup featuring displays from LIXIL, CB Design, and photo booths by SWP and Indonesia Design District.
Guests mingled while exploring the “Unbuilt Projects” exhibition, which featured project plans from 20 leading architecture, interior design, interior contractor, and landscape firms. The event also showcased the latest slabs from Cosentino by Cadenza, premium aluminum doors and windows by Alegra, and water heaters by Daalderop.
And what’s a celebration without delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lively music? As part of our tradition, 35 gifts and vouchers were given away in a lucky draw. To top it off, guests left with more surprises, body oil from Java Essentials was beautifully packaged, along with our latest edition inside Viro’s elegant tote bags.
