People of Jakarta and the nearby cities will not have to go far for a beach vacation. The groundbreaking of Land’s End, a seaside tourist destination in PIK2, has just taken place recently. It was conceptualised by Amantara as a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group, which will house a lot of entertainment and exciting tenants for everyone, backdropped by beautiful natural scenery.

Rustic coastal design.

Land’s End is located right at the tip of the 4 km-long White Sand Beach PIK2. With an area of 4.5 hectares, it is one of the many projects to be built on the beach. Designed by A+A Architecture Interior, the area will have a rustic coastal style inspired by the quaint side of Malibu with strong romantic and holiday vibes.

Land’s End will start to operate in April 2023. A row of tenants will be ready to welcome you, such as fashion retails, beachwear shops, and family restaurants. Amongst the tenants who have confirmed are Starbucks Reserve, Lucy by The Beach and Cinnabon. Taking advantage of the seaside location, there will be various watersports and a boardwalk for a relaxing stroll and photo ops.

Shops, restaurants and a beach vacation vibe.

Facilities and Access to Land’s End

Land’s End not only targets visitors from Jakarta and the surrounding, but also tourists from further distances. Aside from the existing hotels in PIK area, there will also be Holiday Inn Resort just next to Land’s End. The area will be accessible through Toll Interchange PIK2, which is planned to start operating by the end of next year, and is connecting Land’s End to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in only 7 minutes. A commuter bus will help visitors get around the PIK and PIK2 area, as it will also connect to TransJakarta public transportation for an easier access to Jakarta city.

Beach vacation destination is coming closer to Jakarta people.
