The most integrated 3-in-1 exhibition at NICE PIK 2

Exhibition halls at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) PIK 2 were bustling with professional visitors from the early hours of Thursday, 4 June 2026. Architects, contractors, interior designers, property developers and investors filled Halls 5, 6 and 7, marking the opening day of Megabuild, Keramika & Megaproperty 2026, Indonesia’s leading integrated construction and property exhibition, which runs until 7 June.

The event was officially opened by Indonesia’s Vice Minister of Industry, Faisol Riza, who continued the programme with a VIP Booth Tour, reviewing manufacturing technologies and property developments across the entire value chain. The opening ceremony was attended by hundreds of invited guests representing government institutions, industry associations, and national and international business leaders.

"The 11th Keramika Indonesia Expo, together with Megabuild and Megaproperty 2026, represents a crucial milestone in advancing Indonesia’s industry towards becoming one of the world’s top four global producers. Supported by an installed production capacity of 650 million square metres and strengthened through national standards (SNI) and domestic content policies (TKDN), we are confident that this sector is ready to transform into a highly competitive green industry on the international stage. The strategic collaboration showcased through this exhibition serves as a vital platform for innovation, accelerating the adoption of modern technologies while supporting sustainable national economic growth," said Faisol Riza, Vice Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia.

ADDRESSING THE CHALLENGES OF THE SMART & GREEN LIVING ERA

The exhibition’s "Ultimate 3-in-1 Sourcing Hub" concept was developed in response to a genuine challenge faced by industry professionals: a fragmented procurement ecosystem. Architects, contractors and interior designers often spend considerable time and resources sourcing the latest material innovations, premium ceramic products and property investment opportunities from different venues. This exhibition brings all three together under one roof.

Against the backdrop of increasing demand for Smart & Green Living solutions, the B2B2C exhibition presents three synergistic pillars:

Megabuild 2026

A showcase of structural building materials, smart home technologies and advanced building finishing solutions.

Keramika Indonesia 2026

Featuring cutting-edge ceramic technologies, manufacturing machinery, premium ceramic tiles and high-quality sanitary ware.

Megaproperty Expo 2026

Connecting leading residential and commercial property developers with investors and prospective buyers.

STRONG ENTHUSIASM, LEADING BRANDS AND CROSS-INDUSTRY COLLABORATION

From its opening day, the exhibition attracted thousands of professional visitors eager to discover the latest material innovations, premium ceramic products and promising property investment opportunities in a single visit. Prominent Indonesian brands and major ASEAN market players are participating, including Arwana, Quadra, Milan, Roman, Indogress and Concord.

The exhibition is the result of strategic collaboration with the Indonesian Ceramic Industry Association (ASAKI), the Indonesian Society of Interior Designers (HDII), the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI), and Indonesia Design. It is also supported by the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Creative Economy, Ministry of Tourism and the National Ceramic Research Centre.

"Keramika 2026 is a proud showcase of Indonesia’s ceramic industry," said Edy Suyanto, Chairman of ASAKI. "We want to demonstrate that the quality, design excellence and technological capabilities of local manufacturers are ready to compete globally while meeting the demands of premium projects throughout Indonesia."

A CATALYST FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH, NOT JUST AN EXHIBITION

The timing of the exhibition coincides with the continued recovery of Indonesia’s property sector, which has once again become a key driver of national economic growth. In 2026, the property sector ranked among the top three contributors to national investment, with its projected contribution to GDP rising significantly from 10 per cent to 11.5 per cent. At the same time, Indonesia’s ceramic industry continues to strengthen its global competitiveness through increased production utilisation and a strong response to evolving interior design trends.

The multiplier effect generated by the property sector directly supports the building materials industry, construction services and domestic logistics supply chains, positioning this integrated exhibition as a catalyst for the entire ecosystem.

"We designed the 2026 edition to be more than just an exhibition; it is intended to be a catalyst for economic growth. By bringing together Megabuild, Keramika and Megaproperty, we are creating a platform for the best in material innovation, architectural technology and property investment, enabling all stakeholders to accelerate growth through a single integrated marketplace," said Royanto Handaya, President Director of Panorama Media.
