Jakarta’s newest multi-purpose venue at Sequis Tower brings people together through thoughtfully crafted spaces, considered experiences and comprehensive event capabilities.
Sudirman Hall has officially opened at Sequis Tower in Jakarta’s prime business district, introducing a new multi-purpose venue designed to accommodate up to 500 guests. Developed and managed by FARPOINT Realty Indonesia, the venue combines versatile event spaces, professional production capabilities and hospitality services for a wide range of occasions, from executive forums and conferences to live performances, brand experiences, weddings and social celebrations.
More than a venue, Sudirman Hall is designed as a place where people can meet, connect, create and celebrate, bringing together the spaces, technology and hospitality needed to create meaningful experiences.
Spaces Designed for Every Occasion
Curated by internationally acclaimed designer Shay Lam, Sudirman Hall features a collection of spaces designed to accommodate different event formats.
The Main Hall serves as the venue’s largest and most flexible space for concerts, performances, weddings, celebrations and brand experiences, with expansive pre-function areas for registration, networking and activations. For business and thought leadership, the Socratic Auditorium features a Harvard-style amphitheatre, integrated laptop tables, individual power access and accessibility-friendly features, supported by a 21:9 LED canvas for presentations and live programming.
For smaller gatherings, the Meeting Rooms accommodate 12 to 40 guests and are complemented by a dedicated breakout area. The Chef’s Lounge offers a more intimate setting for private dining, tastings, chef collaborations and bespoke events, supported by a professional kitchen and dedicated performance stage.
Together, these spaces allow Sudirman Hall to adapt to different event formats while maintaining a consistent focus on comfort, quality and guest experience.
Technology Supporting the Experience
Sudirman Hall is equipped with professional production technology to support both business and entertainment events.
The Socratic Auditorium is supported by integrated technology and production systems that allow every element of an event, from sound and lighting to live streaming, to run seamlessly behind the scenes.
Across the venue, professional systems from leading global brands support high-quality sound, visuals and production, complemented by a Steinway & Sons Grand Piano for performances and cultural programming.
More Than Events: A Platform for Culture and Ideas
Beyond hosting events, Sudirman Hall is also home to ARC Sudirman, its promoter and cultural programming platform. ARC Sudirman will develop a curated programme spanning music, dance, theatre, multidisciplinary works, leadership, executive learning and thought-provoking conversations.
Its programme includes ARC Live, presenting curated music, dance and theatre performances; ARC Society, bringing artists and audiences together through special and gala-style experiences; and ARC Chamber, offering intimate performances featuring emerging musicians and artists.
For business and leadership audiences, ARC Forum will take place within Sudirman Hall’s Harvard-inspired amphitheatre, creating a setting for meaningful dialogue, executive learning and active participation. Through access to faculty from leading global institutions, including Harvard Business School, Wharton, INSEAD, IMD, Singapore Management University, The University of Hong Kong and Monash University, ARC Forum will bring executive learning and leadership conversations to Jakarta, covering topics such as leadership, AI adoption, digital transformation, change management and business strategy.
Through ARC Sudirman, Sudirman Hall creates another reason for people to return — whether for a performance, a conversation or a new experience.
A New Place to Gather in Jakarta
As expectations around events continue to evolve, Sudirman Hall brings flexibility, production capabilities and hospitality together in one setting, whether for a business forum, cultural performance, brand experience or intimate celebration.
