For prospective students searching for a place where learning feels like a daily retreat, Politeknik Internasional Bali (PIB) is a college they need to discover. Not only is this premier private college in Bali renowned for its academic excellence, but also for its stunning campus design. Situated on 15 hectares of lush land in Tabanan, PIB has twice earned the title of Bali’s Best Green Campus, proving its commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation. Here, you’ll see how Balinese architectural heritage, modern facilities, and sustainable living come together to create an inspiring place to learn and grow.

The resort-like campus integrates a vast green environment, traditional architecture, and modern facilities

As you step onto PIB College’s campus, you’re greeted by the gentle rustle of palm leaves and the soothing sound of water features, surrounded by traditional Balinese structures that create a serene environment. You can unwind here and allow your creativity to blossom.

The vision for this campus comes from Prof. Dr. Ir. Anastasia Sulistyawati, M.S., M.M., M.Mis., D.Th., Ph.D., D.Ag., director of PIB College, who designed the campus to celebrate Balinese culture while providing a modern learning space. Walking through the iconic Bhagawan Gate, you’ll instantly feel you are entering a unique educational journey, one that blends elegance, cultural heritage, and a touch of resort luxury.

You’ll notice how the campus design prioritises open spaces, natural lighting, and greenery to create an environment that helps you focus and recharge whilst reducing stress. These are not just design elements. They’re part of PIB’s commitment to your well-being and to the planet.

The Influence of PIC College Campus Design

As you explore the campus, you’ll find open building structures that allow natural ventilation, harmoniously connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. Classrooms are filled with natural light, making study sessions more comfortable and energising. Research shows that natural light helps improve focus, concentration, and overall well-being. Here, students will experience this firsthand at PIB.

The college uses environmentally friendly materials throughout its facilities, reinforcing a commitment to sustainability while fostering a strong connection to nature. Whether you want to take a break by walking through the gardens, jogging on outdoor tracks, or relaxing in one of the many green spaces, you’ll find spots that help you unwind and refocus throughout your day.

PIB’s open spaces also create hubs for discussions, group projects, and meaningful connections, helping students build a community with their fellows. Here, they are not just attending classes. No less important, they are participating in a holistic learning journey that emphasises your connection with nature and the cultural richness surrounding them. It’s a place that encourages them to explore new ideas, nurture creativity, and develop a deeper appreciation for the world around them.

The Vision of the Founder

Prof. Dr. Ir. Anastasia Sulistyawati, affectionately known as Prof. Suli, holds the record as the Indonesian with the most doctoral degrees. Her lifelong love of learning is a reminder that students can continue to grow and achieve their dreams at any age.

“PIB College was founded with the goal of preparing skilled and reliable Indonesian workers for opportunities abroad,” Prof. Suli explains. Since its establishment in 2017, PIB has focused on delivering vocational education rooted in quality, character, and trust, with programs in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, and Hotel Management that align with Indonesia’s mission to reduce unemployment and strengthen the workforce.

Today, students can choose from PIB’s four flagship programs: Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Event Management, and Digital Business. These programs aim to provide students with not only academic knowledge but also the practical skills that today's industries require.

Prof. Suli shares, "We believe people with superior skills, character, and creativity must support the growth of the tourism industry." At PIB College, we strive to foster these qualities.

At PIB College, students will experience a campus that beautifully blends Balinese culture, sustainability, and architectural elegance, thus offering them a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
