Designed by renowned interior designer Harry Fatkan, the new Galleria showroom in Surabaya rises on a 648-square-meter plot with a building area nearly three times that size. The space unfolds across four expansive floors, each carefully curated to showcase collections from Gaggenau-Bosch, Grohe, Kohler, Axor, and other international brands. Rather than functioning as a conventional retail display, every level is crafted as an experiential environment—how premium fixtures, appliances, and materials interact within real lifestyle settings and contemporary living concepts.
Rex Cokrowibowo, President Director of PT Panca Group, explains that the ground floor serves as an introductory space where visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the ambience of the redesigned showroom. The ground floor showcases several key brands, but the true experience unfolds as visitors ascend. We’ve provided an elevator for convenience, but many people enjoy taking the grand staircases because they create a memorable entry to the upper levels. Each floor has been designed so that customers can explore our collections at their pace, discovering what Galleria has to offer in a relaxed and enjoyable way.”
