The new facility spans 1,004 square metres and stands as the third-largest UNOX Experience Center in the world, following flagship centres in Italy and the United States, underscoring Indonesia’s growing importance within the brand’s global strategy.
More than a showroom, the UNOX Experience Center is designed as a collaborative hub where chefs, restaurateurs, consultants, and hospitality professionals can experience the brand’s technology in action. Through live demonstrations, hands-on cooking sessions, technical consultations, and industry events, the space invites culinary professionals to explore how innovation can transform kitchen operations and elevate culinary performance.
