The Kuningan and Setiabudi areas in Jakarta are inseparable from traffic jams, especially during the morning and afternoon rush hours. The condition is extremely disturbing for road users, people traveling on foot and on motorized vehicles. But amidst the monochromatic hue of the urban concrete jungle juts out a unique, colorful building which has quickly become the latest icon of the Kuningan-Menteng area. Come dusk, the gracefulness of the MD Place building becomes more apparent, thanks to its bright façade color. Inside, there is a high-tech system that is probably not in use by many of the other office buildings in Indonesia.
